English: This multidimensional exertion protocol outlines the procedures for three distinct load conditions—cognitive load (attention tests), emotional load (film stimuli), and physical load (ergometer)—as well as a relaxation condition. Except for the physical load condition, which was applied only to healthy participants for logistical reasons, the cognitive and emotional stress conditions, along with the relaxation condition, were also implemented and evaluated in patients with post-COVID syndrome within the context of a rehabilitation program. Each procedure includes specific tests that are typically used to assess fatigue and fatigability.
